History

Paul’s Heating & Air Conditioning has a long history of meeting the heating and cooling needs of families and businesses in the Tri-State area for more than 80 years. We’ve been doing business from the same location since the beginning in 1927, and are one of the longest-standing Lennox franchises in existence.

Cousins Pete and Mike Schneider are the present owners and purchased the business from Pete’s dad, Paul, in 1999. Paul purchased the business from his father Leo in 1962 and changed the name to Paul’s Heating & Air Conditioning. Leo purchased the business on a hand shake from Palmer Hansen in 1957, and Palmer started the business in 1927.
