Program description: Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning sends text messages to customers in order to provide and market heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products and services. Examples include: maintenance reminders, job confirmations, job reminders, dispatch notifications, satisfaction surveys, follow up messages.
Frequency: Frequency will vary based on the volume of service you receive. For one service appointment you can receive up to five messages.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with [STOP]. After you send the SMS message [STOP] to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
