Company Values

Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning has always been family owned. From the day that Paul opened up shop in 1952, he put his employees and customers interests ahead of those of the business. In 2009, Paul's son Pete and nephew Mike bought the business to continue the legacy of quality service and workmanship. Even though ownership changed, the company's values did not. We are still the small, family owned busines we have always been that values our employees and customers ahead of all else. The people are why we come back day after day, week after week, and year after year.

On-The-Job Training

On-the-job training is crucial to the future success of new team members. Whether it is learning how to maintain a new make of equipment, or how to design new custom ductwork, we have a large team of tenured HVAC professionals ready to help new team members get up to speed.

Continuing Education Funds

We want to fuel the ambition that drives our technicians to be successful. One of the ways we do this is by providing funding to our employees who wish to become experts on one topic or another. If getting a certification or taking additional classes is something that will help our employees further their careers and help our business grow in the future, we want our employees to be able to take advantage of it. At least annually, we send all employees to manufacturer sponsored training events to keep them updated on new things happening in the industry.


Our nation's veterans have sacrificed their time and effort so we as citizens can continue to enjoy many of the freedoms we may take for granted.
