When our AC went out in the hot July heat, they were able to come out quickly for a service call. Tech was friendly and professional. Will be calling again in the future if needed!
Courteous, fast, professional technician. However, he only diagnosed a coolant leak in my Mitsubishi system and added 1.4# of coolant. The charge was a little over $250. Said he would check to see if the coil leak area could be repaired and did NOTHING. No follow up at all. Instead the company tried to sell a replacement system. Overall, I am very disappointed.
Jim was awesome! Came when he said he would , asked what happened and did the expect ion as was asked of us. Explained how I could get a printout of what was done. I would use Paul’s Heating again! Thanks

Our AC went out and it was 80 degrees in our house at night. We got a couple quotes and went with Paul's. They arrived on time at 7:30am and due to a blower motor not working and having to get a replacement part, they ended up staying until around 5pm. I cannot thank them enough for their time and helping us cool our house down. Our 13 month old, myself and my husband greatly appreciate the great work that was done!
Had Riley come and service my AC system and install a State-of-the-Art ACTIVE Air Purifier to kill bacteria/mold/viruses and make small particles of air irritants drop to be better caught in my filter. Was professional/friendly (even to my excited Golden Retriever) and keep me informed of the whole process including a concern I had with my Central Air. Evan in the office set everything up and explained to me the benefits of the ACTIVE Air Purifier and is always helpful. Great Service…keep up the Good Work!

Paul’s replaced our AC unit last year and repaired our furnace a few weeks ago. Everyone has been nice and helpful. Our furnace is 20 years old, so thought for sure they were going to say it needed to be replaced, but it was just a part that was broken. They ordered the part and it was fixed two business days later. They made sure we had a way to heat our home over the weekend; the concern was appreciated. Great business ethics all around.

OUTSTANDING! That is my one word summary of the excellent installation services performed by two Installation Technicians for my Daikin Heat Pump & Gas Furnace. They worked non-stop from 0730-1620hrs (no lunch break or any breaks). Yep, they turned down my coffee & donuts :). Did excellent job of cleanup and removal of old HVAC equipment. I would welcome them back anytime and am so happy with the performance of the Daikin HVAC system. A job very well done!

My experience with Pauls was excellent. Evan came over to quote and discuss options of heat pumps suited best for our house and for the federal tax incentives. The project was on time and budget and all the installers were all very friendly, clean, courteous and professional.
Tech was outstanding!! Very knowledgeable answered all my questions so I could understand. Clearly he was able to provide the information we needed as well as servicing our furnace.
Today is a cold day and the house is freezing! Called the company for an eta time and found that there currently was no tech available yet, but we're just happy we didn't have to freeze until later in the afternoon.My tech was Josh Dummer, and he arrived around 12pm. He was nice, diagnosed and replaced the broken peice within 1 hour. Thank you Josh! Our home is warming up!
Riley the service guy was exceptional. He was ahead of schedule and called to come early. He tested everyrhing out and was able to trouble shoot the problem that was due to a faulty part that was installed by me and was able to fix it. I am hoping that my "repair" was an outlier to everyone else's experience. I will say, when I called, the person who helped me was very friendly and got me on the schedule very quick. The problem I was having, I was out of town and my wife told me there was water all over the basement (the first time we had noticed) and she asked if I could have someone come fix it. So I called and like I said, great prompt service. She said it would be X price to just come out and clean the drain and do a quick check. The service person comes, was very friendly to my wife and "fixed" the issue. I then got the bill and it was more than double what I was quoted. Over $200 to come and clean the drain out. I called and the guy who helped me was very pleasant and honored the X price. The service guy was at my house for less than 10 minutes. At that time, I was VERY pleased with the service, and as far as I knew, the AC was draining well. Fast forward to this week and I go to the basement and there is a ton of standing water in my basement. I look, and the drain isn't flowing at all. So I have to spend time actually cleaning all the pipes. At this point I am wondering what the guy even did? Really disappointed that the tech didn't do a more thorough job of inspecting the job. The original invoice has the service call and diagnostic/fix charge. To say they did that is a stretch considering the issue I am not having. The reason for the 1 star is because my issue isn't resolved.

I recently replaced a my A/C and furnace with a Daikin DX6VS Fit condensing unit and a DM97MC variable speed modulating furnace. I had 5 contractors provide estimates for a new A/C and furnace. I felt Paul's Heating and Air Conditioning listened to my current need and requirements and provided the best system for my home. Most of the other contractors just wanted to replace my old units with the same size mechanicals I previously had. Paul's Heating made sure I had the correct sized units and installed them in a day. The Daikin FIT A/C unit is super quiet and I like the variable speed option of the unit. Our home is quite comfortable . Sometimes I have to look at the condensing unit to see the the fan is actually turning it's that quiet. Availability of repair parts was also a concern for me. I was told that Paul's receives a supply truck about twice per week from the Daikin Twin Cities supplier and Daikin makes all their own parts so they're readily available and in stock. Very pleased with my purchase and service. Do some research on the Daikin brand and you will see it's a very reliable quality HVAC system.

Paul's installed a new vent hood above our stove. It was a bit of a complicated project but beautifully simplified by Paul's! I was worried the project was going to be more difficult and messier than expected once they started due to some infrastructure issues of our house. Once they started, Brett and his coworker worked efficiently and knew exactly what they were doing. When I returned in the evening, it was like they weren't even there. The hood was installed and all was cleaned up! I was so happy and pleased with the project that I will absolutely use them again. And the pricing was fair and reasonable as well. I highly recommend Paul's!

My AC quit working so I called Paul's heating and AC, Matt showed up when he said he would and diagnosed several issues and resolved them in a very timely manor. Very pleased with him as well as Paul's friendly service.
The young man was very positive and talked me through how the air conditioning unit works and what is what. He complimented me on my place, which I take care of myself, and seemed genuinely interested in my life without being nosey. He was polite and on time and I have air conditioning again!
Our A/C and furnace were replaced by Evan and the crew about two weeks ago. Of the 4 quotes we got Paul's came in with the best quality equipment at the lowest cost. Very thorough in explaining everything and going through all the options. The new system is extremely quiet and does an amazing job keeping the house at a steady temperature even on the 90°+ days we've had so far. The techs were extremely respectful and left the house and yard cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend Paul's to anyone looking for maintenance or a new system.

Our air conditioner wasn’t giving any cold air. It also was making a horrible noise. We set up a super easy appointment on the weekend right from their Facebook page during their after hours and had an appointment confirmed for Monday afternoon. The whole job took less than an hour to meet at the house, diagnose a problem, leave for replacement parts, come back, and make the right repairs. It was easy, affordable, fast, and now we’re cool again! Excellently amazing professionalism from all fronts of this business! 5-Stars! Customers for life! Thank you for treating us well.

Prompt, professional service. We had them install a while home humidifier. A much better value and better control than using individual room humidifier’s throughout the house, plus no hassle of refilling the tanks everyday!

I realized on Saturday morning (in mid-July) that our AC stopped working. The repairman was out in 2 hours but the unit was 22 years old and needed to be replaced. On Sunday Pete texted and emailed 2 estimates for units they had in stock. I was able to accept the quote online and they had my unit replaced by noon on Monday. The installation techs were so nice and professional. It’s been a pleasure working with Paul’s and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
