Javon is professional and diagnosed the problem as I explained it to him. He replaced the capacitor in the central air unit and was here for all of maybe 12 minutes. He verified that the air was now cooling and we were good to go ! From my initial call for help, to repair completed took ONLY 30 minutes ! ! That's incredible !

Paul’s installed our new AC last November and recently returned to do a recheck to makes sure it was clean and ready for the summer season. They were prompt (on time), professional (removed shoes/turned off lights/let me know the name of their employee/etc.), flexible (I had to cancel a day ahead of scheduled visit and made it no big deal) and overall really nice to work with. It was easy to get and rescheduled and their staff trained me on all the ins and outs of our new system. Highly recommend.

Riley to the rescue. When mother nature finally picked a season and it was time to turn on our central air, it wasn't working. We called up Paul's and was able to get someone to look at it almost immediately. Riley was awesome. On time, friendly, efficient, and generally gave off good vibes. When the part needed came in, Riley himself called me to schedule the install. Between my schedule, my other halfs schedule and Riley's I had zero issues leaving a door unlocked for him to come and go to do his job. It's not often you can trust anyone alone in your home especially a total stranger but this kid was raised right and I respect that. Thanks Riley ✌️

Riley came to the house and maintenance the air conditioner. He did a fantastic job and answered everything I threw at him. The best part was he took his time and personalized the experience. He did a couple of things that weren’t performed when the air conditioning unit was originally installed. Service was fantastic and the unit couldn’t be running better. A+++ experience.
